The Development Team is a key part of the robust appraisal process from the outset of any project. Potential purchases are assessed at an early stage, to ensure the financial viability and certainty of development needs and costs.
The collaborative approach with the internal Investments and Acquisitions Department ensures the correct decisions are made prior to proceeding with any schemes.
Prior to legal completion, the Development Team prepares the relevant supporting documentation to enable successful delivery of the project. Upon legal completion the Project Plan progresses and the process of onsite delivery is initiated.
The Development Team manages and oversees each designated element to meet the agreed Contract scope of works and timeframe. They will delegate roles within their team, setting short and long term deadlines and strategies while constantly evaluating risk management to minimise risks.
Throughout the process it is imperative to manage relationships with clients and all stakeholders to ensure on completion the specification and due diligence requirements are met and signed off.
