How do we do it?
What do we do?
HSPG develops high-yielding residential investment properties, secured through leases with established social housing providers. The assets are subsequently recapitalised through refinance or sale of the investments to an institutional partner. HSPG has successfully raised over £50m of investment and development debt and has extensive experience in structuring social housing.
