Social Impact.

This asset class is naturally positive from an ESG perspective which in turn, provides government support and creates a more robust, long-term investment.

Creating positive outcomes.

We work with the third sector to enhance the services our partners deliver in the community, enabling more provision of homelessness, drug and alcohol addiction, mental health and foodbank services.

Passionate about social impact, we have created the Nectar Charity Foundation to support charities through donations, volunteering and professional services. Our team demonstrates HSPG’s ongoing support to many different charities and organisations by spending time helping at food banks, charity events and other community support activities. We visit our charities, deliver Christmas presents and toys, volunteer at food banks. The team have even got involved with projects such as ‘community clean ups’ and supporting the structure and organisation of communities. Delivering social housing schemes is just the start. At HSPG, we are enabling people to live increasingly fulfilled lives in the community.

As a professional who has worked in the drug and alcohol treatment sector, both within the private sector and local authority arena for nearly 20 years, I can’t speak highly enough about the staff team at HSPG. We needed a housing provider who could deliver quality housing within an extremely short time scale. From the moment the housing units were identified to the point of handover there has been nothing but true professionalism displayed, with an impeccable eye for quality and detail. One thing that has really struck me about this organisation is their strong foundation of good ethics. In a sector where profits can be placed before tenant welfare, I can honestly state that the drivers and values of HSPG are a vast distance away. They strike me as a company who would rather make less but really do things that little bit better for myself, my business and more importantly - the welfare of the most vulnerable in our societies”

Dale, Managing Director at a North West Rehab Centre
