We’re delighted to announce the completion of Apex House in Levenshulme. We’ve been working closely with Manchester City Council on this flagship initiative to support homeless families.
We’re thrilled to be able to provide more high-quality, affordable accommodation to those most in need. 

Councillor Luthfur Rahman, lead member on homelessness from Manchester Council said:  “This is the first time we have a project like this up and running where we aim for a very quick turnaround to rehouse families. These new flats are a welcome addition to our portfolio of accommodation.  they have been refurbished to a very high standard so it’s a win win situation for the council and the families. It is much better if we can keep people out of expensive bed and breakfast accommodation and provide the right targeted support early on to move families out of homelessness in as short a space of time as possible, freeing up the accommodation for other families in need.”
