Head of Affordable Housing
A charismatic Department Head to lead the Affordable Housing team, strategy and development of the Affordable business. Oversee appraisals, progressing and completing full portfolio of acquisitions, including sourcing bid opportunities with developers, undertaking detailed appraisals of opportunities and ensuring the schemes are commercially and operationally viable.
Undertaking effective due diligence and obtaining internal approvals to take the schemes to contract exchange. Work alongside other department heads to lead the Affordable Housing strategy.
Implement Continuous Improvement and Innovation to improve efficiency and extend the HSPG offer to fundholders, partners and stakeholders.
Work alongside Head of Acquisitions to support development of the appraisal system, reviewing accuracy and effectiveness of past bids and improving the process incrementally.

Development Project Manager
Supporting Development Director, Tom Nawn, with all development projects across the HSPG business departments. The PM will coordinate internal resources and contractors to ensure the smooth execution of all elements of their project, ensuring it is completed on time and to the highest standard, within the agreed costs. Assess viability of schemes, together with the Development Director, to appraise schemes based on their development requirements.

Head of Partnerships
Working alongside Tom Finch, Head of Asset Management, to grow HSPG’s external asset management relationships, supporting our partners including Local Authorities, Registered Providers, landlords and investors to institutionalise their residential property portfolios.
This role involves a high level of business growth and development, partnership and communication skills and experience within the social housing industry.

Operations Manager
Supporting Operations Director, Robyn Lee, with implementation of operations, HR, marketing, communications, IT and social impact. Social Housing experience is not required, however, a minimum of 4 years in an operational capacity is a must for this role.
